Hour 1 (12:30 PM – 1:30 PM): Getting Ready
The day begins at the beautiful Silos Estate as Amy prepares for the ceremony. Hair and makeup are completed by 1:45 PM, allowing for intimate bridal preparation photos. The serene surroundings of the estate provide the perfect backdrop for these moments.
Hour 2 (1:30 PM – 2:30 PM): Final Touches & Detail Shots
In this hour, we focus on capturing the final touches, including the dress, jewelry, and special moments with bridesmaids. This time allows for a relaxed atmosphere before the excitement of the ceremony begins.
Hour 3 (2:30 PM – 3:30 PM): Pre-Ceremony Moments & Arrival
Amy and Ryan take some time to relax and soak in the day. Guests begin arriving at Silos Estate, with everything in place for the 3:30 PM ceremony.
Hour 4 (3:30 PM – 4:30 PM): Ceremony
The heartfelt ceremony begins at 3:30 PM, officiated by Gloria from Married By Gloria. Surrounded by the vineyard’s natural beauty, Amy and Ryan exchange vows and rings, with family and friends sharing in their joy.
Hour 5 (4:30 PM – 5:30 PM): Bridal Shoot
Following the ceremony, we take the couple around the picturesque Silos Estate for a bridal shoot. The team, including florals by Under the Willow Floral Design and Amy’s stunning gown by ARA Experience, creates a romantic and elegant atmosphere for these photos.
Hour 6 (5:30 PM – 6:30 PM): Cocktail Hour & Reception Begins
Guests move to the restaurant/marquee area for cocktail hour, while the final preparations are made for the reception. The reception starts at 5:45 PM with everyone finding their seats.
Hour 7 (6:30 PM – 7:30 PM): Reception Festivities
The celebration is in full swing, with The White Tree Band providing lively entertainment. The evening continues with speeches, dinner, and dancing.
Hour 8 (7:30 PM – 8:30 PM): Cake Cutting & Closing
The reception continues, with Amy and Ryan cutting their wedding cake by Shoalhaven Cakes. The evening winds down with more dancing and laughter, ending the magical day at 8:30 PM.
