Wedding Vendor Photo Information…

for venues, celebrants, stylist, hair & makeup etc…

and how to request photos from us 🙂

Hello everyone! If you've landed on this page, it's likely we've collaborated on a recent wedding. I'm thrilled you're interested in using some photos for your social media and website!

In an ideal scenario, I'd identify every vendor from the wedding, select images tailored to your needs, and send them over. However, the reality is that my schedule is packed during the wedding season. Post-wedding editing consumes most of my time, and the queue of weddings needing attention means a typical turnaround of 4 to 6 weeks for delivering a couple's gallery—though it's faster during quieter periods. Please bear this in mind.

That said, I'm delighted to share the images I capture with all the fantastic vendors I work with. If you'd like some photos, simply reach out, and we'll provide access to the gallery where you can download your favorites.

Here are a few guidelines:

  1. Permission: Always confirm with the couple that they're okay with sharing their wedding images.
  2. Usage: If the couple provides you a gallery link, you're free to use the images without further permission from us, provided it's done respectfully and ethically.
  3. Editing: Please do not alter the photos, apply filters, or add your logo.
  4. Credit: For social media shares, credit us with a tag @mkpixels.wedding. For website use, credit us with a link to our site—something like “Photos by MK-Pixels Photography.”

Additional Note: If you advertise through a wedding directory, consider submitting the wedding for a 'real wedding feature.' While we give our permission, please check with the couple as well. Featured weddings on platforms like Wed Shed, Hello May, Easy Weddings, and Polkadot Weddings not only enhance your marketing but also boost your SEO.

If these guidelines work for you, fill out this form, and we'll send you a link to download the images. We hope they benefit your business and look forward to future collaborations.

Cheers,

MK
