Arrival at the Ceremony Venue and Pre-Ceremony Shots
9:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Our day began at 9:30 AM at the Pyrmont registry office on Wharf 10, Pirrama Rd. Arriving early allowed us to capture the ambiance of the venue and the excitement as guests started to arrive. We focused on capturing some initial shots of the registry office’s elegant setup, guests greeting each other, and those precious candid moments as everyone gathered to witness Fabián & Tegan’s union.

The Ceremony
10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
At 10:00 AM sharp, Fabián & Tegan’s ceremony began. Capturing their walk down the aisle, the exchange of vows, and that magical first kiss as husband and wife was nothing short of magical. Moments like the ring exchange and signing of the registry brought out genuine smiles and happy tears among their family and friends, creating memories that we were thrilled to preserve.
From start to finish, the ceremony was filled with heartfelt moments that perfectly reflected their journey together. With just a few close friends and family in attendance, it was intimate, personal, and brimming with love.

Post-Ceremony Photos
10:30 AM – 10:45 AM
Following the ceremony, we took time for group photos with the couple’s family, friends, and bridal party right outside the registry office. This time allowed us to capture both formal and candid photos that showcased the joyful celebration of the newlyweds with their loved ones.
The couple and their bridal party were also game for some fun, spontaneous portraits around the beautiful waterfront setting of Pyrmont. From timeless portraits to playful shots, this session highlighted the joyous atmosphere, giving the couple a variety of images to look back on.

Bridal Portrait Session

Backdrop: Use the boats and harbor as a beautiful maritime background.
Candid Moments: Capture the couple in candid walking shots along the waterfront.
Close-Up Details: Focus on capturing close-ups with a scenic backdrop for detail shots like rings, bouquet, and dress details.

Modern Architectural Background (Crown Building)
Background: The sleek, glass-paneled structure of the Crown building gives a modern and urban feel. This backdrop provides contrast against the softness of the bridal attire, making for a striking, elegant image.
Posing: Position the couple in a slightly formal pose. The bride and groom can stand side by side, with the bride’s bouquet held low in front or close to the groom. Another option is to have the bride turned toward the groom, with the groom looking at the camera.
Classic Nautical Background (Tall Ship)
- Background: The tall ship “James Craig” and the surrounding waterfront area provide a timeless and maritime setting, contrasting beautifully with the couple’s formal attire.
- Posing: For a candid, natural feel, have the groom point out something in the distance while the bride leans close to him, smiling or looking in the same direction. Alternatively, they could hold hands and look at each other or toward the ship, giving a sense of adventure and romance.
Reception Highlights and Cake Cutting
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
With everyone seated and lunch served, we shifted our focus to photographing the interactions among guests, the laughter, and the meaningful conversations that unfolded over the meal. In between, we captured special moments of the couple, immersed in the company of their loved ones, surrounded by love and joy.
Cake Cutting
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
One of the day’s highlights was the cake-cutting ceremony. This symbolic moment brought an extra touch of sweetness to their morning wedding, with smiles and laughter filling the room. We were able to capture every joyful expression and heartfelt toast, making for some truly treasured memories.
Final Photos
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
To wrap up, we spent a final half-hour capturing portraits of the couple, along with candid shots with their guests before everyone started to head off. These farewell moments, filled with hugs and well-wishes, were a perfect way to conclude the day. Capturing these last embraces and goodbyes brought the story of their wedding full circle.
